We understand that Replicate may temporarily store images for processing and caching purposes as outlined in their policies. We do not permanently store your original or restored photos on our own servers after processing unless explicitly stated or required for a feature you use.

Data Retention and Deletion

Original and Restored Photos: We do not store your original or restored photos on our servers beyond the temporary processing period required by Replicate and to deliver the restored image back to you via the App. Once the restored image is delivered to your device, it is your responsibility to save it. Anonymous Usage Data: Aggregated, anonymous usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes to help us improve the App.

You can delete photos from your device at any time. If you wish to inquire about data processed by Replicate, you would need to refer to their policies and support channels.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the information we handle. This includes using HTTPS for data transmission. However, please understand that no security system is completely impenetrable. While we strive to protect your data, particularly the photos you entrust to us during transit and processing by Replicate, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Data transmission over the internet and processing by third-party services inherently carries some risk.

Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or a higher age if stipulated by local law). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
